Sponsorship Terms and Conditions


By participating as a sponsor for events organised by Tania Gomez Consulting, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review these carefully, as they outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties.


Agreement

This Sponsorship Terms and Conditions document constitutes an agreement between Tania Gomez Consulting (“the Organiser”) and [Sponsor’s Organisation Name] (“the Sponsor”). By agreeing to sponsor an event or initiative, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.


1. Sponsorship Benefits

  • 1.1 Sponsorship benefits are outlined in the sponsorship package selected by the Sponsor.
  • 1.2 While every effort will be made to deliver the outlined benefits, Tania Gomez Consulting reserves the right to modify event details or substitute benefits where necessary.


2. Event Details

  • 2.1 Event dates, times, venues, and locations are subject to change without prior notice.
  • 2.2 Tania Gomez Consulting does not guarantee specific attendance numbers or audience engagement for any event.


3. Payment Terms

  • 3.1 Sponsorship payments under $3,000 (AUD) must be paid 100% in advance to confirm participation.
  • 3.2 Sponsorship payments of $3,000 (AUD) or more are payable in two instalments:
    50% due in advance to confirm sponsorship.
    50% due four weeks after the first payment.
  • 3.3 Failure to make payments within the stipulated timeframes may result in cancellation of sponsorship benefits without refund.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • 4.1 All sponsorship payments are non-refundable.
    4.2 If the Sponsor cancels their participation, sponsorship funds may be applied to another event, subject to Tania Gomez Consulting’s discretion and availability.


5. Sponsor Obligations

  • 5.1 The Sponsor agrees to provide all necessary materials (logos, banners, presentations, etc.) by the deadlines communicated by Tania Gomez Consulting.
  • 5.2 All travel costs, accommodation, marketing material costs, and other related expenses are the responsibility of the Sponsor. The Sponsor is required to organise and manage the shipping or transport of any materials to the event venue.
  • 5.3 The Sponsor warrants that all content provided for use at the event is free from copyright infringement or legal restrictions.
  • 5.4 The Sponsor must conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the values of the event and does not harm the reputation of Tania Gomez Consulting.


6. Branding and Intellectual Property

  • 6.1 By participating as a Sponsor, you grant Tania Gomez Consulting the right to use your logo, trademarks, and business name for promotional purposes related to the event.
  • 6.2 The Sponsor may use the event name and branding in their own promotional activities, subject to prior approval by Tania Gomez Consulting.
  • 6.3 This sponsorship does not constitute a partnership, joint venture, or any other form of legal association between the Sponsor and Tania Gomez Consulting. The Sponsor’s role is limited to sponsorship of the event.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • 7.1 Tania Gomez Consulting shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the Sponsor as a result of participation in the event.
  • 7.2 The Sponsor is solely responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and other related expenses.


8. Indemnification

  • 8.1 The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tania Gomez Consulting from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of the Sponsor’s participation in the event.


9. Force Majeure

  • 9.1 Neither party shall be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.


10. Confidentiality

  • 10.1 Both parties agree to keep all sensitive and proprietary information related to the sponsorship confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.


11. Governing Law

  • 11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of NSW. 


12. Modifications to Terms

  • 12.1 Tania Gomez Consulting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this website.
