Tania Gomez is an experienced business founder, sector educator and qualified auditor who works with NDIS providers to build clarity, capability and strong organisational practice.
With a background spanning regulated sectors, disability, education, business leadership and compliance, Tania brings a uniquely practical and grounded perspective to the work she does.
Tania holds a Masters of Education and has extensive experience working within quality and regulatory environments. She is widely recognised for her work supporting NDIS providers to understand their obligations and strengthen their systems in line with the NDIS Practice Standards.
As co-founder of Provider+, Tania co-founded one of Australia’s most well-known NDIS consulting organisations, supporting thousands of providers during her time there. After building the company, she returned to hands-on work with providers, focusing on education, clarity and sustainable business practices.
Tania’s journey began at just 21, when she founded a charity that provided free childcare for mothers undergoing cancer treatment, a project that supported hundreds of families and shaped her lifelong commitment to community impact.
Through Tania Gomez Consulting, Tania and her team deliver training, education and structured programs that help providers understand their compliance responsibilities, embed strong systems, and build capable teams. The work includes internal reviews, business consulting, policy development, leadership support and structured capability building programs.
